Fort Worth - Project Manager
Our client is looking for a bright, eager, and dedicated individual to join its highly successful private investment office located in downtown Fort Worth.
You will work closely with the partners of the firm to plan and coordinate events, manage and schedule travel arrangements, develop policies and procedures, and manage various projects.
The ideal candidate will have a natural desire to develop both their analytical and operational skills. This role has a variety of projects in various disciplines, which keeps the work fast-paced, ever-changing, and requires a great amount of attention to detail.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative and sees things through to completion no matter how big or small the task. You must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This position will be exposed to business issues, special projects, and general office administration. The right candidate will also respect and value professionalism and discretion.
RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
- Coordinating complex business travel for employees and guests of the firm
- Operational functions
- Coordinating special events for the firm throughout the year
- Researching and developing new ideas and projects
- Administrative details
- Facilitating compliance-related communications
- Have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Be able to commit to the position for at least two years
- Be able to work around the company’s typical office hours (8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday-Friday)

- Negotiable based on experience between $60K – $80K + benefits
