Pay Range: $72,500 (based on experience) or up 20% over current pay

Title: Traveling Nanny/ Childcare Assistant for Private Family
Job Summary:
Our awesome Fort Worth family is looking for a full-time, live-out creative, and fun Nanny who could assist them in making their day-to-day lives run seamlessly. They are looking for the right, long-term fit as this role asks for a 2-3 year commitment. The position will be a part of a very cool, young, and energetic Nanny team and other household employees.
This role will typically be located in the family’s primary Fort Worth residence with a Monday through Friday schedule of 8:00am– 4:00pm with one rotational weekend per month, typically 10:00 – 4:00 on a Saturday. The ideal Nanny team member will be comfortable with traveling extensively and for long periods with the family as needed – sometimes up to 6-8 weeks at a time. The family has other residences they visit throughout the year, especially during the summer months.
The ideal Nanny team member is a recent graduate with extensive toddler experience or an extensive early education/childcare background.
Responsibilities will include:
- Helping parents take care of a 2-year-old toddler
- Taking the older teenage girls to school
- Picking girls up from school and taking them to afterschool activities.
- House management skills including organization, shopping, record keeping, packing for trips, etc.
- 50 hours a week with evening and weekend shifts as needed
- Traveling with the family. Trips in the past several years have included everything from Disneyworld to Austria, Finland, and France.
The successful candidate will: - Have an Education or field-related degree
- Have had a 3.0 GPA or above from a high-quality university
- Have high scores on SAT/ACT
- Be willing to work for 2+ years with the family
- Have an excellent driving record
- Be extremely organized and highly motivated
